IslamabadBushra Bibi is held in solitary confinement in Adiala Jail, her daughter alleges.
Her daughter filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court arguing the isolation violates constitutional rights, naming the National Accountability Bureau and jail superintendent as respondents.
The court has not yet scheduled a hearing date.
