ESA Tests First European Spacesuit

MarseilleEuropean Space Agency astronaut Sophie Adenot donned the EuroSuit prototype on the ISS in under 2 minutes.

France’s space agency leads EuroSuit to end European dependence on US and Russian suit hardware.

The prototype is scrapped after 3 sessions; a ground-qualified version is due by 2027 before flight hardware.
