Sigvotatug vedotin, acquired from Seagen for $43 billion in 2023, was Pfizer’s planned replacement for docetaxel — the lung cancer standard since 1996.
Pfizer’s CEO called it a “driver of growth later this decade”; no replacement candidate has been named.
