Billionaire Count Hits 3,302, Median Falls

ZurichBillionaire wealth grew 25% as median wealth fell in most markets.

UBS counted 3,302 billionaires — up 13% — their gains driven by AI-fuelled equity markets that outpaced the 10.8% rise in average personal wealth globally.

The UN has backed a global wealth tax proposal; no major economy has enacted one.
