EU Ends Duty-Free Parcels

Brussels5.8 billion duty-free parcels a year, now taxed.

The European Union charged a flat €3 fee per parcel under €150, closing the exemption that let Shein and Temu ship direct from China untaxed.

The flat fee runs until July 2028, when category-specific duties replace it.
