FSB Ties Drone Plot to Kyiv

Russia’s Federal Security Service says a bomb-laden drone meant to kill a senior Defense Ministry official was built with outside help, per an intercepted call between a detained Russian and his Ukrainian handler.

The handler describes enrolling the detainee in a course run by newly arrived foreign instructors.
