Germany Buys Ground Tomahawks

BerlinGermany will buy 400 ground-launched Tomahawks.

The 1987 US-Soviet treaty banned such land-based missiles until its 2019 collapse; range now tops 1,000 miles, versus Germany’s 43-mile rockets.

Germany must still buy Typhon launchers before the missiles can be deployed.
