FDA Delays Shock Device Ban

CantonA missed deadline quietly became November.

The Food and Drug Administration banned the devices in 2020, but a judge overturned it; the Judge Rotenberg Center is the only site using them.

The agency has not said whether November’s rescheduled decision will hold.
