Pentagon Weapons Slip 12 Years

The Government Accountability Office’s 24th annual review of 104 programs, worth $2.4 trillion, found major projects freezing delivery dates rather than meeting them.

GAO says the figure will likely keep rising despite the Pentagon’s November 2025 reform strategy.
