Sudan Army Retakes Kurmuk

KurmukSudan’s army recaptured the city from RSF forces.

The city sat on the RSF’s main supply corridor from Ethiopia, and nearly 100,000 people fled its capture in March.

Displaced residents can only return once military engineers clear explosive remnants and repair utilities.
