al-MughayyirFadi Hamdallah al-Naasan, 17, has died.
He was shot a week earlier when Israel’s forces raided the village northeast of Ramallah as residents confronted a settler attack.
Settler and army raids continue nearby, local sources said; Israel has opened no investigation into the killing.
