Attacks Cut Nuclear Plant Water

EnerhodarMonitors have had limited tap water since July 18.

Strikes on electrical infrastructure cut water to the plant and town, the International Atomic Energy Agency said; reactors need cooling water.

Director General Rafael Grossi named neither side but said plant staff “must be protected at all times.”
