Chad Notifies ICC Exit

Chad’s exit doesn’t erase the court’s jurisdiction over crimes already committed — Burundi and the Philippines both left, and prosecutions continued anyway.

N’Djamena is urging other African Union states to follow; none have yet, and the ICC has not responded.
