The Justice Department wants the Alien Terrorist Removal Court to deport Nazira Haji Zada, a Fort Worth Afghan woman, on evidence her lawyer cannot see.

Zada faces no criminal charge; Judge Joan Ericksen hears the case Thursday in the US capital.
