Rome Talks Test Pilot Zones

There, the Lebanese army disarms Hezbollah and Israel withdraws in stages — a trial the US-brokered framework will judge before expanding it.

Technical teams meet in Rome Aug. 4-6 to grade the pilot and set Lebanon’s border terms.
