Hamas Agrees Arms Handover

CairoHamas agreed to disarm entirely, sources say.

Cairo negotiators finalized a phased handover of weapons to Gaza’s technocratic committee — contingent on Israeli terms Israel has not accepted, an Egyptian official and a Hamas source said.

Israel has not publicly responded; the handover starts only after concessions Hamas says are still missing.
