UghelliA suspected vandal died under a collapsed tower.

The fault it caused tripped a 330-kilovolt line serving Nigeria’s Niger Delta grid.

Patrolmen found a second, adjacent tower stripped of metal too, though still standing.

Transmission Company of Nigeria is now watching the second tower, warning it could collapse too.
