Report Ties Taliban To Attacks

The report, covering December to June, links the group’s training networks to the Balochistan Liberation Army and al-Qaeda inside Afghanistan.

Taliban leader Hibatullah Akhundzada has warned the group privately to halt attacks or lose support.
