IslamabadPakistan withdrew its telecom right-of-way bill Friday.
The bill would have let licensees enter and build on private land without consent.
If a landholder did not respond within 30 days, approval to enter was deemed automatically granted.
A redrafted bill is expected to keep the right-of-way but require prior consent.
