Senegal’s 2028 euro bond took its worst hit Tuesday.

Investors are now pricing a restructuring, not a default they once thought avoidable.

That bond had traded at a premium to Senegal’s dollar notes for months before the reversal.

Bondholders and the IMF board still must decide how any writedown lands.
