Mexico Probes Student’s Femicide

Morelos state has logged 21 femicides this year, exposing weak prosecution of violence against women.

Femicide is a harsher-sentenced legal category created after homicide cases in Mexico went uninvestigated.

Morelos prosecutor Fernando Blumenkron has yet to name a suspect.
