Party Sues Tinubu Over Absence

Section 145 requires written notice before any vacation, and the Assembly can act after 21 days without one.

The presidency says Tinubu kept performing official duties from London throughout the trip.

The Federal High Court in Abuja has no hearing date set to rule on the alleged breach.
