Russian state news agency TASS quotes Igor Dodon: 46 lawmakers seek Sandu’s impeachment.

Moldova has never opened impeachment proceedings against a president, said Dodon, the pro-Russian Socialist leader.

A third of parliament, 34 of 101 lawmakers, can propose removal, and 46 signed, Dodon told TASS.

TASS itself notes the ruling party holds most seats, calling impeachment practically unimplementable.

A referendum within 30 days follows only if 67 lawmakers vote to remove her.

How each outlet framed it
TASS leans critical
emphasizes unprecedented opposition unity (all parties) filing impeachment; cites constitutional 34+ vote requirement and violation charges (power usurpation, separation-of-powers breach)
