Having lost 14 of Rakhine’s 17 townships to the Arakan Army, the military relies on Russian and Chinese-built jets to strike back.
“I don’t even know where to go,” said Khaing Nu, whose sister sold fruit at the market.
Myanmar’s military has not commented, and no independent investigation into the strike is planned.
