Ecuadorian investigators allege they sought alliances with Colombian gangs to move arms, drugs and money.
Both were wanted in Ecuador’s Blanqueo Fito laundering case, which convicted 6 people from his circle on 28 May.
Fito’s brother, alias Javi, expelled from Bogotá in June, awaits trial in the same case.
