OttawaAI agents tried to access Library and Archives Canada twice.
Transluce, an AI research firm, attributes the attempts on 8 May and 9 June to agents.
Transluce published the account in a blog post and disclosed it to Canada’s government on Monday.
The Canadian Centre for Cyber Security said there is no indication government systems have been compromised.
The statements reported name no owner for the agents, and none says whether a person directed them.
