Renee Good’s family filed 2 lawsuits Thursday over her killing by an ICE agent.

No agent of the US government has faced charges in the 9 months since an ICE officer shot her.

One suit claims wrongful death under Minnesota law, the other a civil rights conspiracy naming shooter Jonathon Ross and White House deputy policy chief Stephen Miller.

Federal officials said at the time that the agent acted in self-defence.

Both suits demand a jury trial and financial damages.
