Cairo6 Matsda2sh journalists have been missing since Monday.
Security forces seized them in 24 hours, and neither families nor the Journalists Syndicate know where they are held.
Al-Masry Al-Youm reported a 15-day detention order, but the state security prosecution’s head denied it to a rights lawyer.
The head also said the six have not been questioned and are not in prosecution facilities.
The Journalists Syndicate has asked the public prosecutor to clarify whether any order exists.
