RotherhamPolice charged Joshua Kerry, 28, with preparing terrorism, including against Reform UK’s Nigel Farage.
He is already charged with murdering Ann Widdecombe, a former Conservative minister aged 78.
Police say the single Terrorism Act 2006 count covers 31 May 2024 to 8 July 2026, a day before Widdecombe’s body was found.
Kerry appears at a London magistrates’ court on 7 October.
