One alleges assistant commissioner Vivek Bhagat sexually assaulted her after she asked why no women officers were present.
Delhi Police referred the complaints to its own Crime Branch for enquiry, an officer said Sunday.
She says she sought a police report at a police station and alleges nothing was done.
The Press Council of India urged Delhi Police to act at once, and Bhagat could not be reached for comment.
