DubaiIran says Washington met only some of seven conditions.
Iran’s security chief told state media the strait stays closed to the US until all seven are met.
Iran proposed at the UN General Assembly to restore passage within seven days, and the US replied through Qatari intermediaries.
“We are no longer in the process of responding to the Americans,” said Mohsen Rezaei, Iran’s security council secretary.
The White House has not yet responded, and its blockade of Iranian ports continues.
