Ukraine’s GDP shrinks 0.4%, Russian state agency TASS reported.

The National Bank of Ukraine had forecast 1.8% growth, and now sees 2026 inflation at 12.5%, up from 10%.

The bank blames the seaport blockade and damaged logistics and energy infrastructure, which spread to agriculture.

The bank expects 0.4% growth in 2027.
