Lately
Shell agreed to sell Shell Nigeria Gas, which pipes gas to factories and power users in Nigeria, to Vaaris Energy, and Declassified UK reported that BP and Shell have signed agreements in Venezuela since January. Neither explains the share price: the Nigerian sale was announced after its latest close.
