Iran Wins Asian Karate Gold

BaliIran women beat Japan 2-0 for karate gold.

At the 22nd Asian Championships in Indonesia, Hananeh Salehi and Fatemeh Zahra Saeidabadi sealed the team kumite title from Japan 2-0.

Brothers Morteza and Mahmoud Nemati added 2 individual gold medals, finishing Iran second in the standings behind Japan.
