Factory Held 12 Workers Captive

Factory owner Ankit Balyan held migrant workers from 8 states and Nepal under promise of ₹12,000 monthly wages never paid, India’s police said.

Balyan is absconding; his father and supervisor are arrested on human trafficking, murder and child labour charges.
