MoscowRussia drafted a Moscow crypto ban from July.
65 Moscow-area data centers drawing 734 MW triggered the ban, Russia’s Energy Ministry said.
The ban would run through 2032, extending restrictions that already cover North Caucasus, Siberia, and occupied Ukrainian territories.
