Starliner Now a Decade Late

WashingtonBoeing’s crew capsule may not fly until 2027.

NASA’s inspector general found Starliner, targeted for 2017, still hasn’t resolved helium leaks and thruster overheating from its troubled 2024 crewed test.

That leaves only 3 years before the ISS retires in 2030, forcing NASA to buy more SpaceX flights instead.
