EU Blacklist Hits 3,100

BrusselsThe EU’s Russia blacklist reached 3,100 names Thursday.

The 21st package added 48 people and 168 entities, from drone producers to the Sports Minister, the EU Council said.

The asset freezes and travel bans took effect immediately on publication in the EU’s Official Journal.
