IslamabadJustice Babar Sattar has 30 days to vacate his residence.
The Judicial Commission transferred him to the Peshawar High Court in April; Islamabad’s Estate Office cancelled his residence allotment July 3.
Sattar must leave by Aug. 3, despite telling the court he intended to keep the residence.
