As a customs-free member of the Eurasian Economic Union with Russia, Kyrgyzstan re-exports goods duty-free, making its trade data a sanctions-circumvention gauge.

Unit prices fell to $9.50 per kilogram from $11.40, hinting at deeper re-export flows ahead.
