BeijingGatherOne placed 7,600 ads for artificial-intelligence “nudify” apps on Meta.
The reseller is one of Meta’s few authorized China ad partners; delegating a market it cannot sell into directly also delegated policy enforcement, the Tech Transparency Project found.
GatherOne says it has suspended new nudify accounts; Meta says violating ads and one app, BAfter, are now banned.
