Qatar Denies Holding Pilots

DohaThree Iranian pilots have vanished for six months.

Geneva Convention protections for prisoners of war apply only if captors admit holding them.

Iran says the pilots ejected after Qatar’s air defences downed their jets during a March strike on its territory.

The Red Cross has not said whether it will investigate the men’s status.
