BrusselsApple will remove several App Store fees, starting in October.
The change applies only in Europe — developers elsewhere still pay the old rate.
The bloc fined Apple 500 million euros last year for restricting alternative app stores under the Digital Markets Act.
The European Commission says it will monitor how Apple carries out the changes.
