BlackRock’s swap-in threshold fell from $25 million to $1 million.

More Bitcoin holders can now swap coins for shares and avoid the capital-gains tax a sale would trigger.

“In-kind creation” lets holders hand BlackRock’s IBIT fund coins directly for shares, no sale required, Bloomberg reported.

IBIT has processed over $5 billion in these swaps, up from $3 billion in October.
