LondonUK regulator Ofcom is investigating Pornhub owner Aylo.

Ofcom alleges age verification failings after Pornhub handed part of its UK checks to Apple.

Since May, Pornhub has used Apple signals suggesting under-18 users may have passed Apple’s own age checks.

Ofcom will decide whether checks resting on Apple’s signals meet the Online Safety Act.
