SpringfieldPolice arrested a resident as she spoke against Flock cameras.
Two people were arrested Monday, and Mayor Jeff Schrag ordered recording cameras shut off.
The council voted 5-3 to send Councilor Brandon Jenson’s review of its Flock contracts, covering 41 cameras, to committee.
“They are an invasion of our privacy,” said Mia Heider, before police arrested her.
Jenson’s review of the Flock contracts now sits in committee instead of before a council vote.
