MoscowCardinal Zuppi says he met Ukrainian prisoners in a Russian detention facility.
Russian state news agency TASS reported Zuppi hopes the visit speeds prisoner exchanges between Russia and Ukraine.
He also met presidential aide Yury Ushakov and both ombudswomen, discussing the missing, civilian detainees and family reunifications, TASS reported.
TASS reported no date for the next exchange.
