Saudi Arabia’s November quota stays 10.478 million barrels a day.

Brent crude stood at $114 on 29 September, down 0.8% in a week.

Delegates say the war has shut in swaths of the group’s output, so the quota exceeds real barrels.

The market is “quite volatile and tense, and there is a deficit,” said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.

The seven producers meet again on 1 November, and the monitoring committee on 29 November.
