AdenA Houthi missile landed near the runway before a flight, transport ministry says.
Aden is the main international gateway outside Houthi control, and the Cairo flight diverted to Jeddah.
The Houthis say they targeted Saudi military supplies at Badr camp, while the ministry says the runway and terminal were targeted.
The Saudi-led coalition says it destroyed another Houthi ballistic missile north of Riyadh.
Pakistan and Turkey agreed Monday to deploy forces to Saudi Arabia against Houthi attacks.
