Venezuelans marched Thursday demanding a presidential election date.

In Venezuela, the legal wage is 130 bolivars, $0.15, unchanged for five years, protesters say.

Interim President Delcy Rodríguez is negotiating with opposition delegation leader Dinorah Figuera, who floated late 2027 or early 2028.

“This country cannot wait; we need elections as soon as possible,” said Carlos Timaure, a union leader.

Timaure’s union will keep marching, and Vente Venezuela wants María Corina Machado allowed home to raise pressure.
